Athlete Evaluation and Recruiting Information

  • Technical, tactical, physical, psychological, character, and social ratings

  • VERISPORT Performance Index information

  • Evaluator comments

  • Development priorities and action plans

Certain recruiting information may be visible only to the user or organization that created it.

For example, private scout notes and ratings may be associated with the individual scout account and may not be visible to other scouts or athletes unless VERISPORT expressly provides otherwise.

How We Use Information

  • Create and maintain user accounts

  • Build and display athlete profiles

  • Support athlete recruiting and evaluation workflows

  • Allow scouts to identify and manage prospective athletes

  • Generate athlete performance reports

  • Maintain athlete development plans and action items

  • Provide platform functionality

  • Authenticate users and control permissions

  • Protect platform security

  • Troubleshoot technical issues

  • Respond to support requests

  • Improve VERISPORT features and user experience

Videos and Third-Party Links

VERISPORT may allow users to provide links to content hosted by third parties, including video platforms.

VERISPORT does not control the privacy practices of third-party services. Users should review the privacy policies of those platforms separately.

Minors

VERISPORT may be used by high school athletes who are under 18.

Where required by applicable law, VERISPORT may require parental or guardian consent before collecting or processing information from a minor.

Parents or guardians may contact VERISPORT regarding a minor’s account or personal information.

VERISPORT is not intended for children under 13 unless expressly permitted through a VERISPORT program that complies with applicable parental-consent requirements.

For the Founder Beta, VERISPORT may restrict participation by age or require guardian acknowledgement as determined by VERISPORT.

Data Security

VERISPORT uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify VERISPORT if they believe their account has been compromised.
